Biography


Marilyne Caron-Proulx began to dance at the age of 7. It is to the dancing school Anick Mcconnell, situated in Gatineau, that she took lessons of classical ballet, Contemporary, Hip-hop and that she was certified in Jazz and Tap dancing. Then, she danced to the dance studio Carole Brouard to continue in the same styles for four years. She teaches at the level of competition since the age of 15 years. Afterward, she moved to Quebec to dance in the Studio Party Time at the age of 19 to perfect in the style of commercial Hip-Hop. Marilyne joined back Gossip Crew for the tv show ‘’Danser pour gagner’’ the Quebec version of America’s best dance crew. She knew how to distinguish herself by her versatility and her perseverance. She went to an intense training of three months in Los Angeles where the took classes at Millenium dance complex, Kinjaz Dojo, Movement Lifestyle and Debbie Reynolds.

She is competing since the age of 10. She participated in several competitions and some of them on an international scale. Candance, Hit the Floor, Hip-hop Dance Canada, World of Dance (Boston, New York, San Francisco) And International hip-hop (Las Vegas). She joined back Gossip Crew for the tv show ‘’Danser pour gagner’’ the Quebec version of America’s best dance crew.

She knew how to distinguish herself by her versatility and her perseverance. She went to an intense training of three months in Los Angeles where the took classes at Millenium dance complex, Kinjaz Dojo, Movement Lifestyle and Debbie Reynolds. Marilyne now continues her career more into the choreographing side where she teaches competitive groups in many dance studio.
